American Indian Education Program

Archery Program

FREE AFTER SCHOOL ARCHERY PROGRAM - MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS - 3 PM TO 4:30 PM  at Marysville Youth Center, 1830 B Street, Marysville
We have coaches and equipment.
Evening sessions: Monday and Thursdays at Marysville Youth Center --- 5 to 7:30 pm.      $5 per adult and $2.50 per student.

Native Culture Classes

Marysville Youth Center - Located at 1830 B Street, Marysville, CA 95901
Monday Night Classes 
  1. Pow Wow Drumming - 6-7 P.M.  - 1st and 3rd Mondays
  2. Hand Drum Singing - 6-7 P.M. - 2nd and 4th Mondays
  3. Pow Wow Dancing - 7-8 P.M. - All Mondays
No Drum or Dance Classes During Summer - Holidays or Winter/Spring Breaks from school.
Thursday Night Culture Classes - 6 to 8 P.M. - Come and join us FREE and earn a CERTIFICATE!
Culture nights can include speakers, language activity, food items, and craft projects.  
No Thursday Night Classes for June-July-August 2019. (check out our other activities)

Class is being held at the Yuba-Sutter Pow Wow,  at Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds in Yuba City.

                                                    Saturday is a field trip to Red Bluff to learn about volcanic rocks.
                                                     Sunday we will use river rocks we collected to make a traditional axe.
